Root Cause Analysis
Root Cause Analysis is a structured activity that seeks to identify the systemic underlying issues associated with a complaint, failure, or other undesirable event. It typically involves a multi-layered approach that involves numerous members of an organization’s management. It should not seek a single cause necessarily, but should be focused on elimination of all primary causes.
This course trains personnel in the skills and activities necessary to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Continual Improvement, Corrective Action, and Preventive Action requirements.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
All personnel who will be participating in continual improvement activities required by ISO 9001:2008.
