Root Cause Analysis
Root Cause Analysis is a structured activity that seeks to identify the systemic underlying issues associated with a complaint, failure, or other undesirable event. It typically involves a multi-layered approach that involves numerous members of an organization’s management. It should not seek a single cause necessarily, but should be focused on elimination of all primary causes.
OBJECTIVE:
This course trains personnel in the skills and activities necessary to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 Continual Improvement, Corrective Action, and Preventive Action requirements.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
All personnel who will be participating in continual improvement activities required by ISO 9001.
